worst Mercedes dealer i have ever dealt with, they hid damage even after I spotted it and then did a substandard repair! stay away they refused to let me see the undercarriage claiming no lifts! omg there a benz dealer.

We take all concerns seriously and investigate them fully. We apologize for any miscommunication as it was mostly done through text, and no in-store visit was made. The sales and leasing consultant you worked with provided walk-around pictures and was transparent about minimal stone chips that had been repaired. You requested a picture of the undercarriage but we could not provide a photo immediately because our service center and lifts are at a different location than the sales department. After my 4 hour drive and assurance from 2 salesman.. Casey and Derrick.. “great car.. the owner is driving it!” I arrived and the car had over 50 dings all over the car from hail! Nobody had a clue!! Also had condensation in the taillight. The price was listed at 110k but after getting my trade prices.. it went to 129k?! Really guys? Nice 4 hour ride to Annapolis tho.. Thanks

Outstanding experience and professional customer service in a friendly manner. Dealer site Located at Right spot close to yacht place adds perfect ambience. I am glad that I found this place though 1 hr drive from my home, I love to visit the surroundings again! Great staffs to work with !!! The salesman was very pushy and boastful. In addition, he doubled booked showing the vehicle and I lost the sale for not being the first one there. I didn't even say anything because it was obvious what he'd done. Before I left he made some backhanded comment about keeping in contact with him.....when only about an hour earlier we texted one another about me being in to see the car. Was not pleased with this overly cocky gentleman who clearly doesn't value other's time.

Lack of customer service. The car was being photographed, inspected, and here I am, the first caller on the car. Agent keeps me waiting on just status from shop. End of week; I call and told "they decided to sell it to someone else". No further info. Thanks for nothing! They are too confident, and offer poor customer service to new clients.

Very little willingness to attempt to negotiate to make a deal happen. Lowballed my trade-in by $2k. I have purchased vehicles there before and have all my Mercedes Benz's serviced there so I was shocked at the lack of respect for my loyalty.

Dealership was phenomenal! They called to follow up with my request. They called me back with answers to my questions and they sent me a detailed report on the car covering car fax, ownership, mileage, maintenance records etc! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Called ahead to schedule a test drive provided a 3 hour window to allow enough time to ensure the car was ready upon arrival. From the exterior the car was in pristine used car conditions, a few imperfections but nothing major. The interior was a completely different story, ants (dead and alive) scattered about the car. Open the passenger door- someone vomited inside and they did a half clean up job, the red stain completely covered the carpet. The floor and sides carpet were a pinkish beige color. The dealership attempted to blend the stain with new black mats for cashmere colored interior. Great job, geniuses. The ants made a meal of the residue and created a nest on the driver side door. Other issue with the car, there is a distinct rattle when making right turns, improper sunroof maneuvering, and a lag in execration. This car simply wasn’t for me the last thing I need is provide a snooty jerk commission for a vomit covered, ant infested, and 2 year old model car- no thanks.
