First up on our Magnolia Table recipes list is Jo’s Fatayar & Lebanese Salad. Fatayar are a small savory pie, and a very traditional Lebanese dish. This recipe combines delicious flavors and textures.

You can spend time focusing on making the all-important, delicious beef filling.

One of the best Magnolia recipes for sharing. The Friendsgiving Casserole Recipe is the perfect way to show your friends and family that you care.

Nothing communicates to someone that your care for them more than a home-cooked meal.

Those moments sitting around the table, talking to the people you cherish the most, are some of the most precious moments in life. A tasty casserole recipe is a perfect food to share in those special moments.

A chicken casserole is certainly a crowd-pleaser. It’s loved by picky-eaters, foodies, kids, and adults alike — which makes it such a great choice to cook for a large group of people.

I don’t think I’m alone when saying that cookies spur up magical memories of childhood. I’ve always been on the hunt for the perfect cookie recipe that brings back those wonderful memories.

Joanna Gaine’s cookie recipe is the closest I’ve come to tasting that nostalgic taste of childhood.

Birthday party? Family get-together? Picnic? There is no occasion that doesn’t call for a delicious tray of chocolate chips cookies to share around.

Perfectly gooey in the middle and crunchy on the outside, I know you’ll love this Joanna Gaine’s recipe.

As far as Magnolia Kitchen recipes go, this might be the best comfort food recipe. This all-American classic is one of the dishes I could never give up. No one can resist a creamy side of mac and cheese at a family dinner.

You can pair this mac and cheese with anything you like — Jo recommends her Almond Chicken Tenderloins or a classic Meatloaf.

What makes a perfect mac and cheese? Creamy, cheesy with the perfect light crisp on top. Jo’s recipe encapsulates these perfect elements of the ultimate mac and cheese.

Joanna’s pretzels have the perfect crisp crust with a beautiful soft center. Joanna has paired her delicious pretzels with a creamy cheese sauce.

The perfect accompaniment — the sauce is super simple to make and captures all the flavors anyone would enjoy with these perfect pretzels. Cheese and mustard mixed together in a delicious creamy sauce. The perfect sauce to dunk your pretzels into.

This recipe is the perfect dish to put out to your guests at a dinner party or games night. Your guests will be desperate to come back for more.

Fancy something irresistibly sweet? To me, nothing says comfort on a cold winter night than the sweet taste of cinnamon and sugar.

Joanna’s cinnamon squares are the ultimate comfort dessert that will have you craving more.

Jo admits that this recipe is a ‘labor of love,’ and requires a little more attention than some other recipes, but they are worth it — and we can vouch for that!

Your home will be filled with the most magical aroma, spurring up the wonderful memories of childhood after baking these delicious treats up.

Jo created this recipe with the idea in mind of her kids having a freshly-baked treat to come home after the school day.

This recipe creates memories that will stay with your children for a lifetime.

This is a crowd-pleaser for sure. You can use this recipe for any occasion or get-together. This banana bread is the perfect way to get into someone’s heart.

This recipe includes pecans for a bit of crunchy texture throughout. But you can replace this for whatever you like — blueberries to stash in some more nutrients or chocolate chips for a decadent treat.

If you have a lot of mouths to feed in the morning, this is a perfect quick recipe that won’t leave anyone feeling hungry.

French toast gives you everything you could want in a sweet breakfast.

You prepare this recipe the night before — making it the perfect meal to serve up during the morning rush. All you need to do in the morning is whip up the topping and bake it for 40 minutes or so.

The sweet topping to Jo’s French toast gives everyone a good burst of sugar they need to get on with their day.

Looking for the perfect dip to serve up at your next event or take to a dinner party? Jo’s baked spinach artichoke dip is the perfect treat to please a crowd.

But, you don’t even need a special event to whip up this artichoke dip — it’s a great dip to keep in your fridge and go to when you’re looking for a quick and tasty savory snack.

Artichoke dip is a fairly classic recipe — but it’s a great one to keep on your recipe repertoire. Plus, t’s a great way to use up leftover spinach. Because who actually ever finishes those huge bags, am I right?

Trust me. When you do make these lemon bars, make sure to bake a lot — because everyone will be fighting over them.

The one thing I love about these lemon bars is how easy they are to make.

Jo’s recipe creates lemony bars that are perfectly tart and sweet. They are succulent and soft in the center and crispy around the crust.

You’ll crave these delicious bars time and time again. Out of all of Joanna Gaines’s recipes I have baked for people, this is the one that impresses them the most.

Perfecting the biscuit is something many of us strive for. If you’re like me, you’ve tried countless recipes. Although they always turn out okay, I haven’t found that perfect mix yet — until this recipe.

In Jo’s book, she admits that she worked on this recipe for ‘a year of Saturdays’, so you know it’s going to be a great one.

These biscuits will turn out beautifully soft and flaky. Whatever you choose to pair with these biscuits, you can rest assured that everyone around the table will be diving in for more.

We have another variation on Jo’s biscuit recipe that works incredibly well.

The secret ingredient to Joanna’s biscuits is eggs, which isn’t included in many other biscuit recipes — but boy, this really creates moist and flaky biscuits.

Joanna also recommends placing the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or overnight if you can) before you bake them. Following these extra steps is what makes this biscuit recipe so amazing.

These sour cream enchiladas are a great recipe to keep up your sleep and whip up when you’re stuck on what to make for dinner.

This is one of those great recipes that only require a few ingredients, but packs tons of flavor

Jo also includes a Mexican rice recipe in her Magnolia table cookbook to have on the side of this dish. It’s truly the perfect accompaniment to these enchiladas. I’d also add zesty guacamole to have with this one.

Mexican is one of those cuisines that pleases any crowd. It’s easy to tailor to different tastes. You can add more jalapenos if you want to add a little more spice, or simply take them away if you want to create a milder dish.

This is one of my favorite Magnolia Table show recipes Cornbread is one of those go-to comfort foods that we all need every now and then. This recipe creates a perfectly soft cornbread. Cooked correctly, it has the perfect crisp crust all around.

This cornbread can easily be enjoyed on its own, and the jalapenos steal the show. It pairs perfectly with any chili or any other Mexican-style dish.

You can add as many or as little jalapenos as you like, to tailor it perfectly to your taste.

Once you add this cornbread to your recipe collection, it’s definitely one that you’ll return to time after time.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Total Time: 55 minutes

Here’s how to make Joanna’s Gaine’s tart and sweet lemon bars that your family will be fighting over:

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 lb (2 sticks) salted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Place a baking tray in the oven.
  3. Line a 9x13 glass baking tray with baking paper, or spray cooking oil all over.
  4. Combine flour, powdered sugar, melted butter, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix very lightly with a fork, but don’t mix everything in completely here. Place the partly-mixed dough in the baking dish and flatten it with your fingers to fit the whole tray.
  5. Bake the dough for 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  6. Whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and lemon juice until fully combined in another large mixing bowl.
  7. After 20 minutes, take the baking tray with the crust out of the oven, and pour the lemon mixture over it.
  8. Place the baking tray in the oven again for 15 minutes then remove and cover the tray with foil, and return to the oven to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the tray from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Let the bake cool completely.
  10. Cut into squares once the bake has cooled.
  11. Storage: You can store your bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or store them for up to one month by wrapping them in a freezer bag or container.
